We have a 30-day return policy on our artisanal products, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To start a return, you can contact us at: team@kalaastore.com.
Due to the nature of the self-care and wellness products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on those items. However, we are committed to providing an excellent customer experience so please contact us at: team@kalaastore.com, if you have questions or concerns about our personal care products.
To be eligible for a return, your artisanal product must be in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that returns will be sent at the sender’s expense. If your country of residence is not Canada, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.
