Where do you ship?
We currently ship to Canada, the U.S., the U.K., Australia, and Sweden—and we’re always adding new destinations. If your country isn’t listed, feel free to email us at team@kalaastore.com, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, international shipping is available. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by country.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping within Canada and the U.S. typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location. International orders may take up to 11–15 business days to arrive.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly, but if you contact us within 24 hours, we’ll do our best to accommodate changes.

What’s your return policy?
Unused, unopened products can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Please see our Return Policy page for full details.
My item arrived damaged — what do I do?

Are your products natural or organic?
Yes! Our products are made with plant-based ingredients, inspired by Ayurvedic and Indian herbal traditions. We avoid synthetic fragrances, parabens, and SLS.
Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?
Most of our products are crafted for all skin types, including sensitive skin. Check the ingredients list or consult your dermatologist if unsure.
Do your products contain artificial colors or preservatives?
No artificial colors or harsh preservatives are used in our core formulations.
Is Kalaa cruelty-free?
Yes, absolutely. We do not test on animals, and our suppliers follow the same standard.
Is everything handmade?
Our products are made in small batches, often by hand, using time-honored methods in partnership with village artisans.
What is Khadi Traditional?
Khadi Traditional is our signature line made in collaboration with the Khadi Village Industries Commission (KVIC), supporting India’s rural artisan economy.
What is the shelf life of your products?
Most products have a shelf life of 36 months. Store in a cool, dry place to maintain freshness.
Usage & Rituals
How should I use the Rose Face Pack?
Cleanse your face and apply an even layer. Leave on for 15–20 minutes and rinse with water. Best used at night.
How often should I use bath salts?
We recommend 1–3 times per week for the best results. Just add a handful to warm water and soak for 20 minutes.
Are your soaps safe for daily use?
Yes, our handmade soaps are gentle and nourishing enough for daily cleansing.
Can I use essential oils directly on my skin?
Our essential oils are potent and best used diluted with a carrier oil or added to a diffuser or bath.
