Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your Kalaastore experience. If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order.
Returns & Exchanges
- To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
- To start a return or exchange, please email us at team@kalaastore.com with your order number and reason for return.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. We’ll make it right—either by replacing the item or issuing a full refund.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we can’t guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
