Return & Refunds
We have a 30-day return policy on our artisanal products, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To start a return, you can contact us at: email@example.com.
Due to the nature of the self-care and wellness products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on those items. However, we are committed to providing an excellent customer experience so please contact us at: firstname.lastname@example.org, if you have questions or concerns about our personal care products.
To be eligible for a return, your artisanal product must be in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that returns will be sent at the sender’s expense. If your country of residence is not Canada, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
Again our self-care and wellness products cannot be returned.
RefundsWe only offer refunds on our artisanal products. Once we’ve received and inspected your return, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at email@example.com.
